Beginner Yoga with Stephanie
Nourish your mind, body, and spirit in this Beginner’s level yoga class. You will learn breath and body awareness, find balance, increase strength and flexibility while exploring static postures as well as dynamic flowing movement. Students must be able to transition between seated floor postures and standing. Mats and props are not provided.
