RBSL will host several USSSA Sanctioned tournaments each year. Our goal is to provide high quality tournaments for multiple USSSA Divisions. Contact Drew Jones at [email protected] or (972) 772-6498 with any questions.
It is the managers/coaches responsibility to check-in with the tournament director. At check-in Team insurance, USSSA Rosters, and gate fees will be required, your teams game will not start without going through the check-in process, NO EXCEPTIONS.
All teams should be ready to present team/player documentation for tournament entry or protest. Example: Player legal name on roster must match birth certificate Ref: 3.03. The USSSA on-line roster (time stamped at time of coaches/managers) entry will validate player eligibility. Player legal name must match player birth certificate. If entry after tournament start determined by the tournament director will qualify/disqualify player eligibility. NO EXCEPTIONS.
READY FOR PLAY:
- All teams should be ready to take the field 30 minutes before posted scheduled game time.
- RBSL will provide two baseballs per game, umpires will bring balls to the field.
- No infield practice allowed prior to game start.

It is the intent of the RBSL to complete every tournament. However due to circumstance out of our control a tournament may need to be modified to reach a conclusion, or canceled if circumstance require it. These decision will be made at the discretion of RBSL Tournament Director.
Rainout Refund Policy: Tournaments that are canceled due to inclement weather or uncontrollable situations will be refunded in the following manner:
· No Games Played: 100%
· 1 Game Played: 50%
· 2 Games or more Played: No Refund
